Anticorruption Alliance has a new President
Friday, December 10, 2010, at the meeting of the Board of the Anticorruption Alliance, a new President of the Alliance was elected - Mrs tatiana Busuncian, Director of the Pro Marshall Center.
According to the Statute of the Antocorruption Alliance, the President is elected from among the members of the Alliance's Board, for a term of 6 months and may not hold 2 consecutive mandates. Before the election of Mrs Busuncian, the position of President of the Anticorruption Alliance was held by Mrs Galina Bostan, Director of the Centre for the Analysis and Prevention of Corrption.
The Anticorruption Alliance is a voluntary union of approximately 30 NGOs. The Board of the Alliance comprises representatives of the founding members of the Alliance. Currently, in the Board of the Anticorruption Alliance includes the following organisations members of the Alliance:
- Centre Access-Info
- Association of the Independent Press
- Pro Marshall Centre
- national Centre for Transparency and Human Rights
- Centre for the Analysis and prevention of Corruption
- Centre "Ex-Lege"
- Union of Lawyers from Moldova
- Transparency International Moldova
